In the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will be happy to exchange it or offer a full refund (refunds by original payment method only). All faulty goods should be returned to Alcocks Tackle within one (1) month of purchase. This one (1) month warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover damage due to everyday use or neglect.
Please note no refund or replacement will be given until the faulty item has been received and checked by Alcocks Tackle. Faulty goods sent back which are confirmed to be faulty by Alcocks Tackle are eligible for a full postage refund. The postage refund will be made by the same payment method as the initial sale. Postage refunds will only be paid once the item has been safely received by Alcocks Tackle.
